I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Builders of Authority and their entire team. We’ve worked with multiple marketing companies over the past few years, and BOA has by far been the best experience we’ve had. They manage our PPC and SEO, and one of the things I appreciate most is that there is always a plan. We’re never left wondering what’s going on or what the next step is. Whether we’re talking through SEO strategy, making changes to PPC, or figuring out where we can improve, their team comes prepared with ideas and a clear direction. They’re professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and most importantly, they deliver results. Every person we have worked with at BOA has been amazing, but I have to give Aracellys a special shoutout. She is truly one of those people who just makes your life easier. She is incredibly kind, organized, driven, knowledgeable, and ALWAYS on top of things. I never feel like I have to chase her down or wonder where something stands. She keeps everything moving, answers every question we throw her way, and genuinely cares about our business and our success. We absolutely love working with her, and BOA is very lucky to have her. Adam has built an incredible company and team. The level of organization, communication, and care is consistent with everyone we interact with, and I think that says a lot about how the company is run. After going through multiple marketing teams over the years, you start to recognize the difference between a company that is good at selling marketing services and one that is actually good at doing the work and getting results. BOA is the latter. They follow through, they know what they’re doing, and they genuinely want to see their clients succeed. I have almost 15 years of experience in integrated marketing and communications, and I work with BOA on behalf of Chase Remodeling. There are a lot of things I could do on my own, but if there was only one thing I would not want to be fully responsible for again, I would say "take ads off my hands, please" without thinking. We have been working with BOA for over six months now, and it's only getting better. I have been watching the numbers, and we are definitely getting more leads. They help us with way more than ads and having a whole team behind me with specialists in different tools and channels allows me to focus more on designing and updating our systems and operations, and creating the reporting tools that help our owner make informed strategic decisions. We do have one dedicated account manager, but in our bi-weekly calls we get to talk to pretty much everyone, depending on the topic of discussion. Aracelis and Melissa have been so wonderful to us! The whole team is always there to support and guide you, or fix things right away if anything goes wrong. And depending on what your goals and needs are, they can do pretty much everything for you, but you can still pick and choose what you want to keep in-house and what you prefer to outsource. My point is, if you are the owner, despite how much you might know about marketing, it is not your primary role and it is very time-consuming.
