Skills Needed
- Strong understanding of PPC best practices across Search, Display, Video, and Paid Social.
- Deep knowledge of platform capabilities including: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, and more.
- Experience with campaign strategy, budget pacing, and bid management.
- Analytical mindset with strong ability to interpret performance data and optimize accordingly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in crafting client-facing updates.
- High level of organization and process-driven approach to manage ~20 accounts effectively.
- Familiarity with ClickUp or similar task/project management tools.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for all assigned clients.
- Team collaboration skills, especially in working alongside SEO and Web teams.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and self-development, including the ability to complete both soft skill and technical training assigned by the COO or immediate supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of PPC client accounts, ensuring consistent performance and growth.
- Participate in regular strategy and performance review meetings with internal teams.
- Stay organized and meet deadlines by managing daily tasks and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to meet or exceed key performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions).
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively to ensure efficient spend and performance.
- Make data-driven decisions based on campaign performance and in-depth research.
- Collaborate with SEO and other marketing teams to support a cohesive, multi-channel strategy.
- Execute client requests, campaign updates, and strategic adjustments in a timely manner.
- Communicate performance insights and updates clearly to internal stakeholders.
- Proactively identify risks or performance issues and recommend actionable solutions.
- Maintain high-quality standards in reporting and client-facing documentation.
- Participate in ongoing training and apply new knowledge to improve performance.
